Our trained therapists utilize evidence-based techniques to address a wide range of conditions, including: pelvic pain, incontinence (urinary and fecal), painful intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy-related discomfort, postpartum recovery, bowel dysfunction, birth preparation, and more.

Mindset’s monthly focus will be November. Playschool families will be given information covered in Mindset’s MamaBear course. Women’s/pelvic health resources are for ALL MAMA’s!
- Mamas who want to connect.
- Mamas who want to move their body in a safe way.
- Mamas who want to learn strength training.
- Mamas would have pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Mamas with back or hip pain
Lastly, playschool mama’s will have a night away/sneak peek MamaBear session!
