Circle time: we’ll focus on Christmas decorations and presents this week with singing about lights and talking about preposition words with hiding a Christmas present
Sensory table: kinetic sand, mini Christmas presents, Christmas lights and various bowls/scoopers
Light table: magnatiles and jingle bells, pure magic in the making

Mini berry holiday session
Instructors: Melissa Ludwa, Lisa Brown, Rachel Stratton
Fa-la-la-la fun! Holiday and wintery themes will be infused into this 3-week series of Music Together classes. Sing, dance, and play with us in class and take home the Mini Berry song booklet (with music access code to 15 Music Together favorites) to keep you singing and dancing until we start again with our 10-week Sticks semester, beginning in early January.

MamaBear is an 8 week course designed by our very own, Dr. Cassie McDonald Ross, Pelvic Physical Therapist. She's created a program that empowers MamaBears to move strongly, confidently, and correctly - both in and out of the gym. We will work on strength movements, mobility, and stability, with a focus on pelvic floor specific considerations. And that's only the beginning! ✨🫶
