About Yoga Adventures for Kids
Sarah Plucinski is a certified yoga instructor with extensive training, including a 200-hour certification from CorePower Yoga, specialized kids yoga trainings with If I Was a Bird Yoga, Kidding Around Yoga, and mom and me yoga training with Hapa Yoga & Fitness, as well as a 90-hour certification in Asanas for Autism and Special Needs. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga to children of all ages, Sarah has worked in childcare centers, preschools, public and private schools, libraries, yoga studios, and community organizations. While she enjoys sharing yoga with every age group, Sarah has a special passion for working with young children in early education. Her teaching style is playful, and creative, and developmentally responsive, often incorporating music and art to make yoga fun and engaging. Through her classes, Sarah helps children build self-regulation, social-emotional skills, motor development, balance, strength, flexibility, focus, and body awareness. She is dedicated to giving children lifelong tools to navigate big emotions and grow into happier, healthier individuals.
