Sensory table: halloween jack-o-lanterns

Activities:
Fire Process Art – Students mixed together red, orange, and yellow paint to create a “fire” effect. They also strengthened their fine motor skills by squeezing liquid glue to attach sticks on top of their artwork.
Firefighter Countdown Poster – We are counting down the days until a real firetruck comes to Playschool! Each child decorated the poster with a cut-out of themselves dressed as a firefighter and added their painted handprints next to their picture.

To this week from our partners: PT Play session
Our PT Play session with Sara Needler, pediatric physical therapist and owner of PhysioKids PT, was such a success this week! Kiddos got moving and had a blast while working on:
- Strength on the balance beam
- Jumping skills with hula hoops
- Coordination through ball rolling and bouncing
It was a joyful morning outdoors, helping little ones grow into strong, confident kiddos!

Mini berry holiday session
Instructors: Melissa Ludwa, Lisa Brown, Rachel Stratton
Fa-la-la-la fun! Holiday and wintery themes will be infused into this 3-week series of Music Together classes. Sing, dance, and play with us in class and take home the Mini Berry song booklet (with music access code to 15 Music Together favorites) to keep you singing and dancing until we start again with our 10-week Sticks semester, beginning in early January.
